BEACON CARPET CLEANING'S COVID-19 UPDATE
Our top priority at Beacon Carpet Cleaning, Inc. is for the safety and well-being of our clients and our team members. Since the onset of Covid-19 we have followed the guidance of federal, state, and local authorities to help curb the spread of the disease.
We will continue to provide in-home service to our clients during this time. Cleaning your carpet, upholstery, area rugs and hard surfaces for your indoor air quality is important. Our process of cleaning, which includes the use of hot water and detergent, helps to kill bacteria and sanitize the surfaces we clean.
We have provided our technicians and office staff with a Covid-19 plan along with necessary training to ensure that the proper safety measures and sanitation procedures are always being followed. Our team is here to help however we can.
What to expect during your service appointment:
All employees have their temperature checked at the start of each day. In addition, our employees are reminded to stay home if they exhibit any symptons or have been exposed to Covid-19.
When our technician arrives, he will not shake hands or make physical contact with anyone in your home. We ask that you follow the CDC recommendations and maintain 6 feet of distance between yourself and our technician.
Our technicians will wear face masks, disposable gloves, and shoe covers at all times while in your home.
All equipment is sanitized before your job.
Our office staff uses a disinfectant on desks, doorknobs, light switches, computers and keyboards, phones and other surfaces several times a day.
We continue to stay up to date on city, state and federal guidelines as information becomes available.
Area Rug pick up and deliver is still available. We ask that you please call prior to arriving to make sure that there is someone available to help you. Our offices hours may change due to Covid-19.
